Universal Credit Cut?

The £20 per week temporary boost the Government provided during the Covid-19 Pandemic has ended.

Citizens Advice Bureau has warned that a third of people on Universal Credit will end up in debt because of this cut, and the Health Foundation states that it will lead to poorer mental health and wellbeing for thousands of families.

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to create new jobs for people who are at risk of long term unemployment, and it provides invaluable work experience with training, which has the potential to lead to full time employment.
