Customer Service Excellence (CSE)
Conwy CBC Revenue and Benefits Assessment Service held the Customer Service Excellence Accreditation, in recognition of the high quality of service it offers its customers, from 2008 to 2022.
This standard, which replaced the Charter Mark, is the government's national standard for customer service excellence. It tests areas that are a priority for customers, with particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. Independent assessor’s examine documentation, written evidence, visited areas of the Revenue and Benefits Assessment Service and spoke to staff, customers and Councillors as part of the assessment process.
