The Welsh Government has launched a Test, Trace and Protect programme.

The aim is to lead Wales out of the pandemic by:

  • using more health surveillance in the community
  • carrying out contact tracing
  • supporting people to self-isolate when they need to.

In North Wales, the six Councils, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Public Health Wales are working with Welsh Government to provide the Test, Trace and Protect programme.

The NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service will contact you if you’ve tested positive for coronavirus or it’s been confirmed that you have had close contact with someone who has coronavirus.  The NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect service is there to support you through the process, particularly if you’re vulnerable or if you have concerns about self-isolation. If you’ve been contacted by the Test, Trace, Protect service and you have any questions, please email TTP-Enquiries@conwy.gov.uk or phone (01492) 574500 from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
