The Home Improvement Loan is an interest free loan for owner occupiers, landlords, charities and developers. The work completed has to make the property warm, safe and/or secure.

The minimum loan amount is £1,000, up to a maximum of £35,000 per property.  All loans are secured. The Council have to secure a first or second charge against the land registry title.

There will be an administration fee of up to £500. This can be paid up front or added to the loan amount.
