Local Land Charges Fees
Question 22 will confirm whether the land has been registered as common land or a village green and if there are rights of common or ownership claims.
Submit your request online
You can electronically submit Question 22 on the CON29 (O) form as an additional question, when you submit a full local authority search on our online facility.
The fee is £16.80 including VAT for Question 22.
You can pay by debit or credit card by phoning 01492 576 095 or 01492 576 094.
To avoid delays, you must submit your search with a plan, showing the clearly marked boundary of the property or area. The plan must also show the surrounding roads and properties.
We aim to reply to your request in 2 to 3 working days.
