Restrictions Business Fund Extension
Following the First Minister’s announcement, the Restrictions Business Fund Non-Domestic Rates (NDR) and Discretionary based grants for non-essential retail, hospitality, leisure and tourism (NERHLT) sectors has been extended to provide a single top up payment to cover the period between the 25 January and end of March 2021 for businesses affected by national restrictions.
We are administering two separate grant funds:
The Restrictions Business Fund Non Domestic Rates grant: for Businesses who have business premises registered with Business Rates (including those who are in receipt of rates relief) and meet the eligibility criteria must apply to the Non Domestic Rates grant.
The Restrictions Business Fund Discretionary grant - For Businesses who DO NOT have a business premises registered with business rates, and meet the eligibility criteria should apply to the Discretionary fund. [update 4/2/21] Details of when this grant will open will be published soon.
Please note: Businesses are only eligible to apply to one grant subject to the eligibility checker
We are not able to transfer applications between funds. Please read the eligibility criteria in full before submitting your application. Applications to the incorrect fund will be rejected.
