We will be carrying out essential website maintenance in the afternoon which will affect some functionality. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience the work may cause and will do all we can to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

Typically, there are two or three people on the interview panel. This may feel daunting, but this allows us to keep your interview flowing whilst capturing all the wonderful things you will have to tell us. They will talk you through how the interview will work, usually asking a few questions each.
If you are unsure on the question, ask the interviewer to re-phrase or repeat. Take your time whilst answering a question, be specific and provide examples and past experiences and do not worry if you cannot answer it or if you feel you have answered poorly – it's our job to get the best out of you! It's more important to get your concentration back and focus on the next question.
When answering a question, be specific and confident. After you mentioned a strength, you should back this up with examples and past experiences.
